Delivery Information


Shipping

All orders made before 3:00 PM Manila time Mondays to Fridays will be processed the same day. Items ordered after the cut-off time will be processed the next working day. Processing and delivery of all items received on Sundays and holidays will be attended to the next working day. Merchandise scheduled for areas outside metro manila will be delivered within five (5) working days.


Returns of Goods Policy

Any claim for incorrect shipment, faulty or damaged goods on delivery must be made within three (3) working days of receipt of goods. Kindly e-mail us at info@panamed.com.ph. Upon approval, we will send you return instructions via e-mail. 


A Return Authority Number (R.A.N.) form will be sent to you once the return is authorized. The form is to be attached with goods together with a copy of our sales invoice and any other relevant correspondence. 

 

The product to be returned must be in its original delivery condition and corresponding shipping charges prepaid and insured for the full purchase price. Panamed may charge additional administrative, handling and bank cable charges depending on the circumstances. 

 

Goods will be accepted for credit or replacement at the sole discretion of the management of Panamed.


Collection of Goods 

Panamed will arrange for goods to be collected unless, otherwise agreed in writing. 


If the goods have been returned without any written authorization by Panamed, the company will not be responsible for freight charges (for any reason). 

 

Panamed deserves the right not to accept products that are returned in a condition that does not permit re-stocking and/or re-sale. Such products will not receive credit and will be returned to you at your expense or donated in your name to charity. 

 

Panamed is a retailer and does not manufacture any of the products sold on this site. Thus, any liability of Panamed arising from the sale of any product from its site shall be limited to the price of the product ordered.
